hire Vessels for that service, but I further to state that as it is not imp-ssible that the Major General may find it impracticable to obtain tessel's suitable for the purpose, his Lordship would be glad if the words commissioners should feel themselves enabled to send Instructions by the present Mail to the Senior Naval "Officer on the station to place. It I. Ship" Minden" at the disposal of the Troops, it being fully understood that in that event the Major General his part make arrangements for obtaining a suitable place for reception and safe custody of the Stores.
